Luna Mare BeachFront Villa

The Luna Mare Villa is a sanctuary for relaxation and joy situated on the seafront overlooking the Gulf of Toronaios. The secluded beach offers direct access to the sea for swimming, sun-bathing, and relaxation. The village of Nikiti, 1km away, covers daily grocery needs and envelopes traditional fish-taverns and cafes on the waterfront.

The villa is made of white-washed walls and ceilings. Its modern yet minimal design blends seamlessly with the surroundings. The upper floor has two master bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, both with private verandahs. Fireplaces adorn the living rooms with an uninterrupted sea view. The ground floor features further sleeping accommodation, all with direct verandah access. Residents can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis in the spacious, sunlight basement, play piano or hit the outdoor court for a game of tennis.

1 master double bedroom with its own private bathroom overlooking the garden, 1double bedroom overlooking the garden with WC and shower = 4 persons to accommodate.

A large sitting room with a fireplace with an excellent view to the garden and seaside, a fully equipped kitchen with a small bar, an outside sitting area, and an outside dining area.

First floor:
1 master double bedroom with its own private bathroom overlooking the garden, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking the garden, 2 double bedrooms (there is a fireplace in one of them) with an excellent view overlooking the garden and the seafront, a large bathroom. = 8 persons to accommodate.

Basement:
1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, air-condition and ceiling fan with its own private WC/shower and private kitchen = 2 persons to accommodate

A big sitting room with a TV set, piano, a bar, a play area with billiards table (carambola), ping pong table and chess, big storage areas, a big bathroom, washing facilities, and ironing area.

Guests can unwind and take in breath-taking views of the Aegean while they enjoy their freshly prepared morning breakfast or relish a luscious dinner in the outdoors under the veil of stars next to the outdoor barbeque.

The house is on a private estate of 12,500m2 / 3 acres, 80km from the airport of Thessaloniki.

The gardens are catered to by a gardener, while in-house staff arrangements are made according to guests’ requirements.
