Olea I Shared Pool Villa

Located in a luxury family complex, we offer two identical villas that share a beautiful swimming pool, a small stone road leads you to the covered parking lot of the villas and from there starts a lush garden where it leads to the beautiful swimming pool.

On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a dining area and the touch of the fireplace to warm the room. The fully equipped kitchen and a small WC in front of the staircase leading upstairs, and a small storage room with a washing machine.

Upstairs you find three large bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the third has a single sofa bed downstairs and a queen bed on the stunning mezzanine. A spacious bathroom with a shower covers the needs.

The outdoors will really fascinate you. A spacious veranda with a dining area to enjoy all meals of the day. Relax by drinking a cup of tea overlooking the lush gardens and your children playing in them.

There are air conditioners in all rooms and in the lounge and of course, the barbecue is waiting for you to enjoy grilling with the whole family.

Sani is an area in Kassandra, Halkidiki, pine-covered, and lush next to fantastic organized beaches with blue waters. Among the pine trees are unique houses and complexes, with pools and landscaped gardens and aesthetics that respect the surroundings. It is now a cosmopolitan tourist destination and this is due to Sani Resort, a luxurious resort whose facilities, marina, shops, award-winning restaurants are an attraction for everyone in the area.
